{"id":"hooder","name":"Hooder","summary":"Hooder is a slang term and meme associated with traders in the Robinhood ecosystem, especially memecoin traders on Robinhood Chain. The term evolved from earlier expressions such as \"Robin Hooder\" and \"Robinhooder,\" which were used as nicknames for users of the Robinhood trading app as early as 2019–2020. After Robinhood Chain launched in July 2026 and quickly developed an active memecoin scene, \"Hooder\" was revived as a broader identity for chain-native traders, degens, and community members.","tags":["hooder","robinhood chain","robinhooder","memecoin trader","the hood","hooderscan","robinhood memecoins","crypto slang"],"howToUse":[],"imageCount":2,"nsfw":false,"images":[{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/hooder/2026-09-09_1788945009020.webp","caption":"Hooder with a slight grin","width":1408,"height":1408,"nsfw":false},{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/hooder/2026-09-09_1788945016259.webp","caption":"Hooder screaming","width":1408,"height":1408,"nsfw":false}],"historyUrl":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/hooder/history.md","related":["hodl","diamond-hands","wojak"],"popularityRank":2322,"license":"Meme images and history: templates, screenshots, photos and fan edits, many of copyrighted material or real people.
