{"id":"clip-art-covers","name":"Clip Art Covers","summary":"Clip Art Covers is a 2011 image-parody meme where creators recreate album covers and video game box art using only clip art graphics and Comic Sans font.","tags":[],"howToUse":["**Pick a famous cover** — album artwork, video game box art, or a movie poster that people will instantly recognize.","**Find clip art equivalents** — search for stock clip art images that roughly match the elements in the original. A soldier becomes a stick figure with a gun. An ocean becomes a blue rectangle with a wave.","**Rebuild the composition** — arrange the clip art pieces to mirror the original layout as closely as possible. The closer you match the positioning, the funnier the contrast.","**Add text in Comic Sans** — replace all title text and logos with Comic Sans. This is the signature detail that ties the whole format together.","**Keep it deliberately crude** — the charm is in the effort-to-quality ratio. People appreciate when you clearly tried hard to match the original while being limited to terrible tools."],"imageCount":9,"nsfw":false,"images":[{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/clip-art-covers/clip-art-covers-nirvana-nevermind.webp","caption":"Nirvana Nevermind in clip art style.","width":384,"height":384,"nsfw":false},{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/clip-art-covers/clip-art-covers-game-of-thrones.webp","caption":"Game of Thrones rendered as clip art.","width":680,"height":1007,"nsfw":false},{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/clip-art-covers/clip-art-covers-team-fortress-2.webp","caption":"Team Fortress 2 classes in clip art.","width":680,"height":680,"nsfw":false},{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/clip-art-covers/clip-art-covers-jaws-shark.webp","caption":"Jaws poster in clip art style.","width":680,"height":822,"nsfw":false},{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/clip-art-covers/clip-art-covers-mass-effect-2.webp","caption":"Mass Effect 2 in clip art recreation.","width":330,"height":461,"nsfw":false},{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/clip-art-covers/clip-art-covers-gta-four.webp","caption":"GTA IV cover remade with clip art.","width":651,"height":910,"nsfw":false},{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/clip-art-covers/clip-art-covers-bioshock-ps3.webp","caption":"BioShock cover rendered as clip art.","width":586,"height":797,"nsfw":false},{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/clip-art-covers/clip-art-covers-lana-born-to-die.webp","caption":"Lana Del Rey Born to Die clip art.","width":250,"height":250,"nsfw":false},{"url":"https://fcdtoybbbn2ccxbp.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/images/clip-art-covers/clip-art-covers-beatles-sgt.webp","caption":"Sgt.
